By downloading or using SubSave, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Subscription & Billing

Our app offers optional Premium features via subscription (Annual) or a one-time purchase (Lifetime). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

• Auto-Renewal: For annual subscriptions, the payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple, not the developer.

2. Use of Third-Party Services

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription logic and iCloud for data synchronization. By using this app, you acknowledge that these services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

3. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

SubSave is a tool for tracking and managing subscriptions for informational purposes only.

• We do not provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses, missed payments, or accidental charges resulting from reliance on the app's data or notifications.
• Accuracy of data depends on user input and third-party API availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

5. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the app at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
